Legal Requirements

We REQUIRE a state or federal issued ID for all tattoos and piercings.

(MUST BE A HARD COPY. CAN NOT BE A TEMPORARY PAPER ID)

You must be 18 to get tattooed in the state of Texas.

If you wish to be pierced as a minor, we require the following:

1. State or federal issued ID of minor (if you do not have one, we may accept a photo school ID )

2. State or federal issued ID of the parent that will be accompanying the minor during the piercing

3. Birth certificate including the names of both the parent and the minor (must be original certificate, not a copy)

For minors between the ages of 6 and 12, please call the studio first to discuss with us the proper actions that need to be taken prior to you coming to get your minor pierced.
